Colour schemes?

Right, I am decorating atm, and have decided to get all my furniture in black.

Desk
Bed
Shelf
Bedside Table

And then paint the wardrobe white.

I will paint all the walls white bar one, which is uneven so we have decided to paper that.

Do you think a wallpaper which is primarily red with black on would work?

Im clueless at this sort of stuff!

men see in 16 bit colour so ask a woman.
I mean come on we see white or yellow they see white, off white, magnolia,pale cream, orchid white,snowdrop, ect

I don't think it would look good to have one wall white, the rest red with black and then black furniture, too many primary colours.
