Colourant for testing leaks?

And overnight leak testing is pointless aswell.

It is ur just paranoid...

How so?

I guess because you've not experienced any leaks that means no one else will. Ever.

Some people should have to have their posts moderated before they appear. Helps to remove the unhelpful, wrong and downright dangerous replies often seen here.

Tissue paper is a good call. Hopefully I'll be ready to test tonight! This was progress at the weekend:

The little loop bothers me but those components are far too close together, and I don't have any fittings that would do the job nicely.
Nice work OP

Agreed, it's playing dangerous with other people's money, especially if it's someone new to water cooling!

Thanks guys - yep it's Alphacool frosted acrylic tubing and an Alphacool Eisbecher D5 reservoir pump combo.

I have a background in working with wood, metal and plastic so I'll be making a PSU shroud and vanity cover for the drive bays. Black obviously :)

Aye. It's one thing telling some a load of nonsense when they are looking 'spec me a gpu' or some such but when telling someone a load of nonsense that could potentially result in fried components I think there should be some form of punishment issued. In this case I'd simply remove the user in questions access to this section of the forum.

Air test instead. You'll find out if there's a leak almost instantly.

You can buy an Aquacomputer Dr Drop or make one yourself. B Negative did a great thread on it on Overclock.net
