Good to see someone else enjoying an evening-in meal with the Mrs.. I find the meal's the easy bit.. the motivation is harder as it's all to easy just not to bother.

I would have liked it a little more crispy too but decided not to risk leaving it longer and dryng the fish out, you would think that maybe a higher temp might help but that was already on 230 ( 15 mins )

I'm sure you know this, but because it makes good TV.

The program would be pretty boring if everyone liked the food being served and it was all nicey nicey don't rock the boat style behaviour.

Exactly why I love it. Only program that has me shouting at the TV. My guess is that people who apply who love food and/or can cook are automatically binned. Vegan? Never cooked before? Only eat chips? Live in a caravan with just a microwave? Come on in!

I'll still never understand why people go on knowing they can't eat half the food and that they'll be made to look an ass though.

Looks good, especially crab cakes. Not sure about green stuff's placement on the main but sure it tasted good!

Unusual to have two seafood dishes running after eachother but this isn't a restaurant so who cares!
