he'll make a joke, then blabber on about something related to the joke which he thinks is hilarious but isnt

Not a big fan of standup, I've never seen an act that made me laugh much. But as for sitcoms, Scrubs and Frasier have to be my favourite with pretty much everything else on paramount comedy earning a runners up prize. There was also whose line is it anyway, which has inexplicably disappeared from TV these days, but that show was responsible for my greatest fit of laughter ever where I could barely breathe for 5 minutes.
