comfused please help..

i have a core 2 duo 2.40ghz and a gigabyte s-series ga-965p-ds3is3 motherbord and i overcloked it with fsb - 333mhz | cpu core voltage - 1.45v at first it started up and work then when i restarted it didnt like it and now it wont do it al all it turns on and off a few times n goes back to 2.40 any ideas?

1.45 is a little high for 3GHz.Try using 1.3V,make sure your RAM is set to 1:1 in bios.

Ram 1:1 the voltage? not defult?

it worked then i restarted and my pc turned on.. then off.. then on n off 2 mroe times and reset back to 2.40

any ideas?

If you are raising the fsb you do not want to leave ram to default. You want to change it in order to make sure your Ram doesn't get overclocked (if only for the time being whilst you get your cpu OCed)
