Comfy chair with Locking casters and swivel?

Does such chair exist? I was going to go all out on a sim rig but i dont have enough room for it so second option is to replace the existing chair with one that has a locking swivel and caster wheels.

Had a google but no much is showing except for replacement caster wheels with the brake function.

Ideally want a chair with both functions so i can use it with my wheel and pedals/shifter combo and also as an as office chair when im not gaming.

Not sure how you could stop the swivel, but I guess this is close to what you're after?
