Thanks for the reply Atom, that price increase puts it up against some serous competition now though..

Hope that helps,

Do these laptops support your upcoming GPU dock? And do you have a price on those dock?
As mentioned below those prices put you in direct compitition with Razer and Alienware...I hope your dock isn't stupidly priced!

Looks a serious bit of kit - And I know I'm way late for my input but I'll make it anyway, regarding the colours I think you're probably very limited the way I see it would be to give a prototype unit to a skin creator who creates adhesive skins for multiple devices and do a launch with them in a sense - not sure how it'd work but I think that'd be kind of cool.

All seem to have 512GB M2 SSDs though... At that price bracket it's hit and miss, most have 128/256GB.

True it's definitely got its advantages but it previously looked like a bit of a no brainier, now it's one of the pack.

Uhm... Yeah it is really surprising to see another non-TB3 Laptop... Especially since Gigabyte introduced a lot of peripherals at some Conventions... That's somehow pointless to promote devices which cannot be connected to any mobile Computer.
Ok, at least the Motherboards have TB3 but when I want high speed devices connected to my Desktop pc, i would usually just Plug some pcie card(for data transfer usb3 is usually fast enough and why would someone use a egpu on a Desktop Computer).
I think the only valid purpose of tb3 atm is egpus...

Unfortunate, not to see a supporting Laptop

or indeed at this price range - quite confused at who this is supposed to appeal to because I don't see it making much sense at 1700
