It's no where near as good as the PC version (I tried the 360 demo), for a console the controls are good but compared to a keyboard and mouse they are terrible. I'd say the graphics aren't great either, my PC isn't very powerful so can't have all the settings turned up but the game looked much better on my PC (running at 1920x1200) (360 also running at that res)

Did'nt like the demo, its just one of those games that has better playability on PC.

Can I ask how this holds up against the PC version for those who've played both? I have the PC version and love it. But my graphics card aint so good, So if theres a Console version, and the controls are good. I may have to look into it.

Actually the controls are very good for a console RTS. Of course they are not as immediate as the PC controls but they work really well. For those who don't have a great PC and don't mind taking a little time to get to grips with the controls then 360 version is easily worth it. I have both versions and due to the game being sluggish on my PC the 360 version is getting far more attention.

Actually the controls are very good for a console RTS.

That doesn't make them good overall. It simplifies the game a lot and cuts out all micromanagement. Still fun though.

They will for a fee, they already stated that is the reason for the limited initial maps.

Was a good game, Although the other Scrin guy really got the sharp edge after he managed to start polishing my base off.. came round the back and destroyed my Ion Cannon... GAH!

Haha yea that was me, snuck up on the mountain tops, and sent my ships over for a two pronged attack. Was lucky as you were quite close to firing that bad boy!
