ok so how do you create a 2nd production queue?

You have to build one, ala the crane, or similar (think it's the last option on the build options)

Yep you use the crane but the second queue is apalling on the 360 compared to the PC because of the user interface. It's liek they made an ok interface then said "Awww crap... we forgot the second build queue, better tack it on then". Which is a shame and I hope halo wars can expand on this control scheme and make a decent console RTS.
