Hi there,
Anyone know of a command-line tool (or at least a program with script/batch functionality) that can adjust the frame delay for frames in an animated GIF, or indeed, create an animated GIF from an AVI, setting the frame delay times correctly.
I need to convert a load of small AVI's to GIF's, which works great with mplayer + imagemagick but imagemagick cannot seem to set the frame delay time below 0.1 seconds, even if i specify below that. I have to generate the GIF, load into Adobe ImageReady, select all the frames, set the frame time manually to 0.033 (30 fps) and then save out again, which takes a while for a few gigs of AVI's....
Cheers
edit : Sorted - just had to specify the time in 1/100's of second instead of 1/1000's, even though its slightly off.
