English Genius

You scored 93% Beginner, 100% Intermediate, 87% Advanced, and 87% Expert!

hmm not too bad I suppose.

I'm shocked and a bit embarassed at my beginner score, I get the impression I skipped over the easy questions without enough consideration:

English Genius

86 Beginner
93 Intermediate
93 Advanced
100 Expert

:D A bit over the top for doing the gardening though . . . .

Anyway . . . . :

Compared to other takers
93% on Beginner, higher than 25% of your peers.
100% on Intermediate, higher than 33% of your peers.
100% on Advanced, higher than 66% of your peers.
87% on Expert, higher than 62% of your peers.

Not too bad, but im wondering where the 93% was on beginner . . . . :(

You scored 100% Beginner, 100% Intermediate, 100% Advanced, and 87% Expert!

After looking at the answer key the only one I got wrong was the a while, awhile, for a while one.
I was between a) and c) and in the end went for a), but would never have got it correct.
I didn't even know awhile was a proper word.

# You scored 71% on Beginner, higher than 2% of your peers.
# 33/100 You scored 100% on Intermediate, higher than 33% of your peers.
# 39/100 You scored 93% on Advanced, higher than 39% of your peers.
# 44/100 You scored 80% on Expert, higher than 44% of your peers.

?71% beginner. Go figure.

100,100,100,80
The 80 I got because I was trying to give the answer they wanted rather than the one that I felt was correct (ie; awhile, a while, etc) and because they got the further/farther one wrong (it's either according to the OED).
