Commuting long distances

As am I, though I don't really encounter any traffic at the ends and nor am I doing 80+ along the A Roads, as they often drop to single lane anyway, so you get no benefit.
 
I thought you'd say that but it's plenty doable, if you're not sat in boost it's very efficient.

That's journeying Southampton to Yeovil and Southampton to Bath.

My old short drive to work saw more like 25 :p
 
I think traffic plays a big part, for instance my commute next year during training will be less than 7 miles and yet will take 30 minutes each way, so averaging 14mph=not fun.

I guess beggars can't be choosers, I'm quite content with having a job straight out of university.
