Compact Case with Good Air Flow?

This perhaps? I built a PC in a non RGB (apart from a small strip) P300 non air a few years ago, I paid about a fiver less than this. @ 50 notes I think this is a bit of a bargain.

The secret is a case where the motherboard lies flat. That will give the best temperatures as heat rises up and away from components. It's how it was originally intended to be

There are a few around. Thermaltake make a good one.

Fractal torrent compact is very good case but it is not as compact as the name would suggest. I would just highlight how wide the case is to accommodate those large fans. Not a big issue but worth noting. It is an amazingly cool quite case though.

The be quiet 500DX seems a tad smaller than most of the cases suggested so far and it can hold pretty much any hardware.

RGB can be switched off easily to.

Might also be worth looking at the Antec Perfomance 1 Silent (when it comes to UK). With a 360aio you could run fans very slowly and probably acheive quieter performance than even the Torrent.
