Missing PTR records I assume. Something that takes a minute to fix but no doubt will take hours if not days for the provider to sort.

It's most likely whoever provides your internet breakout that needs to setup the PTR records. Chances are that isn't the company you buy your domain names from.

When you get it sorted as whoever it is abotu delegating your PTR records to your own name servers. That way you'll have control and won't get messed about when needing to make a simple change.

Their reseller said yesterday nothing to do with them. Just had a look at my personal Zen account and it is in there so I've gone back to the reseller demanding they look into it... Thanks

Have a read of https://pelanne.com/blog/determining-reverse-ip-dns-server-authority/ and see if you can find which DNS servers are hosting the PTR records for your public IP addresses. Whoever those DNS servers belong to are the people you need to talk to.

Finally passing the test. Ever so slightly frustrating it's taken 3 days for something it seems they should presumably done as part of the setup :mad:
