Comparison of 2 specs

originally i was thinking of getting this:

MSI 965P Neo
Intel Conroe E6300
Geil 6400 512x2
Connect3d x1800xt 256mb
Akaska 460w PSU

however, ive read the msi you can only change fsb, nothing else so is awful for overclocking, would this be better?

Gigabyte DS3
Intel Conroe E6300

Ok - now i can..

I would get the second system for sure. But I would definately get a more powerfull Power Supply, 480W as a minimum I recon.

I would go for the second system but definatley beef up that power supply, especially if you plan to overclock the machine

I agree, 400's leaving to low. Even something (reputable) like Seasonic S12 430W Silent ATX2.0 Power Supply (CA-000-SS) will fair better
