I was going to purchase a Corsair H60 to fit onto my Mother board but I watched the installation video on the OCuk site (official corsair one) and he mentioned plugging in 2 connectors for the Fan and pump.

Does my motherboard have said connectors. I know I have the CPU fan one above the CPU but I can't see the other.

Popped open my case and just cannot see another connector near the mobo that the pump would plug into or have I got the wrong idea in my head ?

cheers in advance

The H60 pump has a three pin header that you can connect to a system fan header and also disable any speed control for this in the BIOS so it gets a constant 12v.

The fan can plug into the CPU fan header.

Okay, I follow you, I think.

I can plug the 3 pin connector of the pump into any sys_fan port I have ?

Sure thing.

Or even into the CPU header and again just disable any fan control for it.

If you have any case fans also plugged into system_fan headers on the board? then that might be a better option as it will keep them from running at full speed also.
