Compatibility help please

Hi all,

I have been advised to get these parts for an upgrade of my current setup, but the motherboard that was suggested is out of stock, so just making sure that the replacment and all these parts are compatible with eachother and would like to hear your opinions on these choices.

Also must be compatible with my NVidia 8800 Ultra GPU.
