Hi, this is my first time building a new computer and I'm planning for it to be a relatively cheap gaming computer. Anyway, I've chosen the components that I want and have looked through them all for compatibility. To me it all seems fine, but as I said this is my first time build so I may have skipped a detail or missed something at some point. slight tweak, for me for a budget, you spend less on the case and more on whats inside, but thats only my opinion

different case got better bits in more or less a good budget?

but yours is fine tbh so all will fit as thats all you asked, but for a £20+ more ^^ :)

I'd go with this tbh, apart I'd change the PSU to the modular version as it's currently the same price.

So are you going with your original spec or one posted here? Because if I were you I'd use one posted here, as most of them are a fair bit better than the original.
 
Z68 is the top-tier chipset for Sandybridge processors (for example, the i5 2500k) whereas the Z77 is the top-tier chipset for Ivybridge processors (for example, the i5 3570k).

In the Sandybridge generation it goes:
H61 > P67 > Z68

In the Ivybridge generation it goes:
B75 > H77 > Z77

In theory, you should really be looking at a Z77 board if getting a Ivybridge chipset, especially if it is a 'k' series chip as the Z boards are the only ones that support overclocking (the H77 board does to some degree, but isn't well supported for it).

Simply:
Z68 = last generation
Z77 = this generation
