Compatibility question..

Thinking of taking advantage of the R9 280X WindForce today only deal and the BF4 package.

Only thing is my PC is dated and I will not be able to upgrade the rest till after Xmas. My current set up is:

Intel i3 540 O/C @ 4.1ghz
Asus P7P55D E - EVO motherboard.
4gb RAM
GTX 460
Corsair CX600

Now if i take out the GTX460 and put that card in will it work? I understand there will be some bottlenecking, but I can live with that for a month. Is the mobo compatible and the PSU should be enough power?

Yes, it will work.. but bottlenecking, like you say..

Make sur eto clean your green drivers before going red.

Thanks!! Will the bottlenecking still be playable on games? Or will I get stuttering / fps lag?

What's the best way to uninstall all gpu drivers?

You shouldn't see any defects, your GPU just wont perform to its maximum.. So don't expect to see it at 80%-100% load during games.

I've never done it myself but i've heard driver sweeper is handy.
