Will these work together, help please. I have a MSI K8N Neo2 nForce3 M/B
and a Samsung Spinpoint T HD160 HJ 160Gb Sata2 Hard Drive. The M/Board has Sata connections and 2 leads were supplied with the M/Board.
The HDD is OEM, so no leads supplied, what do I use to power it? My old IDE HDD used a molex type plug. Can I use this new Sata HDDor should I return it for another IDE model. Could someone please advise.

You can use the motherboard and drive together. They are compatible.

Your hard drive may or may not have a standard molex power connector. If it does, then all you need is a 4 pin molex in there, and the sata cable.

If it doesn't have the standard molex, then you need a sata power cable, usually you get at least one with a PSU, and motherboards sometimes come with molex - sata convertors.

If the drive doesn't have a standard molex, and you don't have anything to plug into it. You'll need to buy one of these - http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CB-052-GE&groupid=701&catid=48&subcat=196
