Complaining does work

Next time you order from dominos, complain about the pizza. They will probably offer you a free order next time!

Ooops missed those posts up there! I worked there so I know its standard policy to give you a free order next time, oh and it won't come out of anyones wages - it gets put through the till as a mismake.

I felt bad on the way home, coz I bet it was coming out of that bird's wages.

Don't worry, they don't do that at Domino's - I used to work there.

Wahay, GT3, I used to work at the worst Domino's store in the UK lol :p

OCUK should implement Domino's "30 minutes delivery or free" policy!

"Yes hello, I'll have a pair of 7900GTXs, an FX60, a 32" Dell screen, and a garlic bread please!":D

I managed to get about 450 quid refunded from BT a few years ago. This was back in the days of 56k dialup and pay-as-you-play Wireplay. I started getting bad noise on my line which made playing impossible - they sent 3 different engineers out but couldn't fix the problem. I wrote a huge letter to some high-up bod at BT pointing out how much money I was spending with them and how it was in their best interest, as well as mine, to sort it out. It seemed to do the job ;)

the full price of a flight that I had to book in order to get home because I missed my flight. Long story and was documented well in the GD. It's the most compensation that I have ever got if you can call it that.
