Complaining to Apple? Anyone done it?

I have had 6 ipods in 14 months, every time they send me a nice shiny new one it cocks up with a different error, I can hold my hands up and say all but 1 have not been my fault.

Now there turn around and repair is great, I can’t fault that part, they send you a recon ipod in a brand new case, but I have had various errors and faults and end up having to send them back. From hardware crashes and lock ups to hard drive crashes and screens dying.

I want to complain and I would like compensation!

Just wondering if anyone has had any success from them and what addy they used?
 
i dont know anyone who's ever had a duff ipod if i'm being honest, and i've had two, you sure you're not doing something wrong? :p

i know! :p all my mates have have ipods and they work fine, the prob is, i had a duff one and since then they have sent me recons
