Complaining to Apple? Anyone done it?

I have had 6 ipods in 14 months, every time they send me a nice shiny new one it cocks up with a different error, I can hold my hands up and say all but 1 have not been my fault.

Now there turn around and repair is great, I can’t fault that part, they send you a recon ipod in a brand new case, but I have had various errors and faults and end up having to send them back. From hardware crashes and lock ups to hard drive crashes and screens dying.

I want to complain and I would like compensation!

Just wondering if anyone has had any success from them and what addy they used?

i dont know anyone who's ever had a duff ipod if i'm being honest, and i've had two, you sure you're not doing something wrong?

i know! all my mates have have ipods and they work fine, the prob is, i had a duff one and since then they have sent me recons

You should check this out, many people have had problems with ipods including myself.....Apple should stop being cheapskates getting them built in china!
