Complete my "to buy" list

After 18 months away from PC gaming and solely focussing on WoW, I'm back.
Earlier today I went out and bougt the following games.

Stalker: Clear Sky
Farcry 2
Fallout 3
Crysis
Crysis Warhead
Bioshock
FEAR: Platinum addition

As you can probably tell, I'm a bit of a FPS nut, but more than willing to give other genres a go. Just tell me what's worth giving a go. I also really enjoy RTS.

Lastly, no MMO's, I have a bit of a history with them :)

Forget Stalker, Forget Fear...
Add orange box.
Add CoD4.

CoD4 - I didn't get into the online (it is good though), but the single player is about as involving and deep as an FPS can get!

Tomb raider Anniversary - Whilst only a remake of the original, it is the best tomb raider in years:) I got mine for £1.20 off ebay last month

What other posters have said sounds about right to me.
I tried Stalker three times, just couldn't get hooked.

Strange you mentioned FEAR. I really enjoyed the game, I didn't warm to Stalker much. It looks a bit dated, the models weird and the game ran like a dog. My favourite game from the bunch so far is Far Cry 2. I know it got a bad rap on here, but I turned up all the sliders and the game looks and run beautiful. The gameplay is fun as well.

Fear is just average imo, I haven't played it more than 5 hrs sp and mp combined...

Download fear combat if you want, a free full version of Fear multiplayer...

Well I hate Far Cry 2 tbh, doesn't feel right, so I don't know if you should listen to me as our taste in FPS differs :p...

Still, I think you should really try the Orange Box, anyone should...

company of heroes if you haven't played it
make sure you get company of heroes gold for £17

Orange box downloading from Steam as I type this. Ordered Company of Heroes as well. I need to devise some system as to which game to play first. If I properly dig into Fallout 3, the rest of the games would gather dust for many weeks. Perhaps cut through the FPS's first.

So I take it the PC's running smoothly then? :)

Hey you. Yep, very well thanks Sam. I've ordered a 26" monitor and will probably pick up a second ATI card to Xfire. The 4870 is cutting through everything nicely, but I'm expecting problems the moment I whack setting to 1900 x 1200. I'm playing on 1680 x 1050 at the moment.

Edit: sr4470 built my PC Thursday night.

I'll second the recommendations for Civ 4 and Supreme Commander.

Apart from Crysis, I can't see any of those games needing Xfire unless you max out the CFAA slider...

Bought a lot of games in the last week...

Red alert 3
Fallout 3
Far cry 2
Dead space
Left 4 dead

If I had to keep only 2 I'd probably go for Red Alert 3 (solid C&C gameplay, entertaining cutscenes and great soundtrack - a lot better than people are making out) and L4D, although I'm definately going to complete FO3 and DS at some point. Haven't got into FC2 yet, seems like a fun sandbox game when you have nothing else to do but there's no real story to draw you in.
