Complete novice help

My 16yr old son is looking to move from Xbox to PC and we've seen a PC with the following spec for £940. Can anyone tell me if this will be any good for COD, Destiny, GTA, Battlefront etc? Or, if you think we could do better for the same or less point me in the right direction please?!

Ok thanks. Yeah he will also need keyboard, mouse and monitor but they will most likely be Xmas gifts from family.
