Complex Numbers...

i have absolubtly no idea what the hell is goin on in this thread

Why post then? :/

Complex numbers are done in FP1 in Cartesian form (all the basics; conjugate pairs, algebraic manipulation, finding polynomial roots etc.) and FP2/3 (depending on the course) in polar/exponential form, which means they don't come into the normal A level maths syllabus; only further maths.

Not sure about A level but if it's anything like the IB it'll be further maths. I did IB maths HL and I did a fair bit on complex numbers (unfortunately) before starting to cover them a bit more here at university.
