Can't see any issue with that, you could also try "virtually" building it on **Not Allowed** as this will point out any issues as well.

My key thing would be to check the size of your case is suitable, as that was what got me on my upgrade. The new cards are chunky!!
 
What are you going to use it for?

If only gaming, there are lots of excessive things.
Or actually really not sensible for much anything.
Like £300 unnecessary expensive board.
 
It's mega overkill if you're just gaming, you could build something that performs similarly for half the price, but there are no obviously incompatible components.

I've been holding onto a Fractal Design Define R6 case for a long time, so I'm going to use that.
