Components upgrade

Hi all

I have finally decided to start upgrading my current rig. PC used mainly for games

Current setup:

CPU: Intel Core i5 3570K
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H
GPU: MSI HD 7950 Twin Frozr III
HDD: 1TB WD Caviar Blue
SSD: 120GB Samsung 840 PRO
Case: Corsair Carbide Series 500R
CPU Fan: True Spirit 140mm
DVD±RW: LG GH24NS95 24x DVD Writer
RAM: Corsair Vengeance Jet Black 8GB DDR3 1600 MHz
PSU: 650W Corsair Enthusiast Series TX650M
LCD: Philips 239C4QHSB 23" IPS

Plan is to change CPU, GPU, Mobo, CPU Cooler, Monitor (looking at PREDATOR 4K XB271HK 27"), RAM

I'm planning to go for:
CPU: intel-core-i7-8700k-3.7ghz-coffee-lake-socket
Mobo: asus-rog-maximus-x-hero-intel-z370-socket-1151-ddr4
GPU: asus-geforce-gtx-1070ti-strix-8192mb-gddr5
CPU Cooler: be-quiet-dark-rock-3-cpu-cooler-hs-008-bq.html
Monitor: acer-predator-4k-xb271hk-27-3840x2160-ips-g-sync-gaming-
RAM: corsair-vengeance-lpx-16gb-2x8gb-ddr4-pc4-24000c15-3000mhz-dual-channel

Is my PSU good enough to handle the above build ?

Any advice for the setup above appreciated

I will be using the monitor for my PS4 as well so worth having 4k

I'm more convinced for Asus mobo based on the reviews. As for the cooling, for the £20 difference it doesn't mean much to me to be fair but I'll go for the one that will be better for overclocking so i assume it's be quiet? That is my basket do far, anything else need changing ?

Fair enough, I may stick to below basket as long as i won't regret after few years

@Quartz , it's time for serious upgrade after 7 years with the same rig so i need something new for another few years

Not much to show

Monitor is amazing, the true colours makes the difference. Still trying to configure with some issues so will see how it goes.
