Composite doors - Manchester

My house in Manchester has old timber front and back doors. I'm thinking it's time to replace them with modern composite doors (or even get an aluminum front door if it fits in my budget), but not sure how to get a good deal on new doors. Essentially I couldn't find a single fitter that advertises their prices online. It's always a matter of getting quotes and they put a very substantial profit margin in every quote.

Any ideas for good value companies in Manchester area or of a general strategy to negotiate a better price?

There’s a composite door thread in here somewhere but we had a Solidor fitted about 6months ago and have been really pleased with it. It was either Solidor or Endurance but went with Solidor as there was a local company that was an approved seller / installer. IIRC it was about £1900 fitted (we had other stuff done so can’t recall exact price)
