do any of you ever use compressed air to clean out your pc?

we do regularly at work, its a pretty quick way of doing it, you still will want to use a paintbrush as it doesnt get off all the dust it certainly wont damage it if thats what your concerned about. we use a compressor which runs around 100psi

Yes but try not to get the liquid onto components.

spray it everywhere, its particularly useful for getting dust from around the cpu heatsink, compressed air in can will have liquid the lower the can gets so you have to be a bit careful as said above but even if you do get a little on there its unlikely to do any damage

to be honest, I would use a paint brush and a vacuum cleaner, its pretty safe to just use a brush to get rid of the dust and the vacuum obviously to suck it in, cheaper than compressed air anyway!

I wasnt really paying attention and managed to get the liquid of a graphics card, it still works!

Try using one of those dusters that pick up dust using static. They'd work a treat.

That's because the liquid evaporates fantastically quickly. Get some on your hand and it'll feel bloody cold.

I did use it, but every time you tilt the can it sprays out a load of liquid nitrogen and i always thought it could damage my hardware so now i very gently use a hoover!

DON'T DO THAT!
thats a stupid STUPID idea.
And air duster work a treat, but have a hoover running beside you (but not next inside the pc) because the duster just blows dust EVERYWHERE ELSE.

i use my girlfriends hair dryver on the cool setting. air is actuall luke warm but it does the job.
