compressed air

I was actually talking about a tyre pump being one you would find at a garage for tyre pressure. Not sure if that would maybe break components with the force of the blast. I like the compressor option doyll, but it's a fair outlay as I'm quite lazy and don't clean out my machine more than twice a year :p

It's really useful if you own a car and you have any cleaning work/maintenance.

Used to use my paintball cylinder for this until I sold all my gear. 4500psi regulated to 180psi output certainly did the job. First time I used it I nearly knackered my fan bearings. Protip: hold your fan before blasting high pressure air at it.

I just use the cheapy pound shop cans as they're usually good for one clean. Live with a dog and cat so it gets super dusty really quickly despite filters.

AF do some really nice compressed air, really powerful but a little expensive.

If you use it a lot then look into a product called DataVac, they are amazingly good but again a little pricey as they are around £40 to £90, not sure if OCUK sell them. They should though!

Don't do what I done a few years back and spray at an angle until all the dust was gone without stopping... after my motherboard turned white, I knew I had made a major mistake :p

seen them, quite expensive but if your using lots of cans of air it would work out cheaper

a large retialer of overpriced televisions, pcs, laptops etc etc wants to sell me compressed air for £20 a can.............. I left.

I'm a bespoke joiner so use it for work too. But it's something I have not been without for over 30 years.. must be getting old.:D

Great for blowing out... well anything you might want to blow out. I have a pressure regulator in line so can tune it to pressure I want.. lawn mower, cordless drill, toaster, don't forget fridge/freezer coils collect dust too, car dash, to name a few. Can do small spay paint projects, pump up tires.. even bike tires (set regulator to presure you want in tire).
