I've made a 2.5 minute video in Premiere Elements, and exported as an AVI (Microsoft DV AVI) it weighs in at 650Mb and Quicktime at 3.51Gb. I want to be post it on YouTube or Vimeo, bit need to seriously reduce its size before uploading. What do I need to to do?

I use Format Factory for converting stuff it might do what your after.
