I use one of these, pump it up (without water in it), and point the adjustable nozzle at stuff.

I also use it for rinsing down my motorbike and the wife's car with it... so have to make sure its dry inside before using it for an air compressor.

just read this thread ive got a little airbrushing compressor and airbrush nozzle i used to use for signwriting my bangers. it was only about 20 quid from '5th letter of the alphabet'-bay as a complete kit: compressor, braided hose and airbrush in its own case.

No its not.
A Hover does risk shorting your PC.
For blowing up your dolly no doubt but not high pressure air to clean a PC.
The shop that sells everything for £1 is usually where i get my cans of air from,
