Computer boots but cpu details dont show ?

My computer boots up fine, and works great. This happened with my old one too. When i do start it up, the screen that shows the cpu speed etc just shows the memory speed and hardware plugged into the IDE. Also it doesnt make the beep noise like i thought it should. I have overclocked the CPU.

Some BIOSs have a silent boot feature that hides all the technical gubbins. See if yours has an option like that and disable it.

Ive had a look for that and nothing there, its quite random thought sometimes it shows sometimes it doesnt. I cant feel it effecting the performance of the computer, its just one of those things that annoys me ! lol.

Mine does this quite often. Sometimes it will show it, sometimes not. Nothing to worry about.
