Computer Component Warranty

Hello guys, I bought computer parts off overclockers back in november and I was wondering do overclockers take care of that or do the manufacture take care of that? Also would I have to register the parts on the manufacture website. One more question, what would happen with the warranty if I was to resell the computer?
