Computer Desk.

Good Morning !

Anyone here recommend a good, solid desk for PC gaming etc.

I have had a look at the Ikea Sit/Standing desk, however some reviews point to this being quite bad.

Anyone here actually own a Sit/Standing desk.

Not sure what to buy and where to buy bit of an elusive market!

How many monitors? Do you want your PC on the desk? to the side or even under it?

Just the one, ive got a 27" Asus ROG Swift

I would like my PC to fit under if possible but not essential.

Ikea desks are fantastic. Cheap, sturdy, minimalistic and an ideal heigh to fit a good chair underneath. Come in different colours and sizes.

+1 to Frogzila, I just have the 150x75 Linnmon table with 4 bog standard legs. Do they job, handle my 32" monitor no problem and have loads of space. Cost me £30, bargain.

The Ikea desk parts seem pretty popular. A lot of people buy a top and legs and make their own, sometimes add drawers etc. Good idea if you're happy to put it together.

Once you know roughly what you're looking for. Check out gumtree. I picked up a £150 desk for £15

That's a great idea. Can find some really nice deals on gumtree.
