Hey guys, i just recently took out my hardrive from another computer as its become dead slow, so i transfered my hardrive to a more powerful computer, but i'm having problems booting the computer using that hardrive.
It boots fine on my old computer, but it doesn't boot on my new computer.
Whenever i turn it on, it just says "primary drive not found" and under that note it says "secondary drive not found"

It occured to me that the reason why its not booting properly is because the hardrive has some of the data stored from components on my old computer which might be causing a conflict, so i might need to reformat the hardrive.

Would appreciate if anyone can help me out here.

The hardrive is running fine, i don't think the boot order is set up incorrectly coz i just recently tried out my friends hardrive on the computer and it worked fine. I think now there could be something wrong with the hardrive jumper settings, might have to go through that again later on
