Computer doesn't sleep first time

Right, I'm having a problem with sleep mode on my PC. Everytime I press sleep (via start menu or keyboard) it will go into sleep mode first time, But then wake up about a minute later. Next time I press sleep it will sleep without fail.

Any ideas what could be causing it?
