Hi Guys.

Recently my computer has been driving me up the wall.

2 in 3 boots result in a black screen and no signal input just after the bios screen for the system spec listed below.

I ended up buying a Crucial M4 128gb SSD as i plan on building a new system in the next month or so and installed windows on it and it was ok at first and now it has started doing it again!!

I managed to get into windows last night and i ran ATI Tool for 30 minutes and no errors were found on my graphics card which i expected it to be!

Unfortunately i dont have another PCI express card and i dont have on board graphics.

Would i be right in thinking that this is a graphics problem and is there any way i can be sure of it locating an error log/report?

Hi,
Do you still have the overclock on your system, if yes try removing this and see how you get on.

Also run mem test on your ram to rule out any issues with this.

What is the make / model of your PSU.

I have turned the overclock off.

I have a Zalman 600w PSU

I just got this error after managing to get into windows on my 6th attempt what does it mean?

I have run memtest for two hours with 3 passes and 0 errors

i had a problem similar to this, would lose signal at bootup, sometimes randomly on the desktop or while playing a game, turns out it was my motherboards first pcie slot being dodgy. replaced motherboard, no more problems

This sounds like the exact problem im having the fact that it is so random make it difficult to diagnose!

Thank god i am planning an upgrade soon anyway!
