Computer for my dad

Hey I'm in need of some parts for my dad's computer.

I need a small case with 2 or 3 bays (mini-itx)
a processor
a motherboard
a cpu cooler

Have a gtx 9800 gt to put in as-well as tx650 powersupply and the hdd and ssd.
Its not going to be used for gaming, just Microsoft office and browsing.
No budget, but not over the top, as its not for gaming, just something that will be relativly quick.
