Computer/fx voice software

Im looking for a piece of software which allows you to type in text and have a computer manipulated fx voice play it back through a pc, i then need to be able to save it as a sound file.

Anyone know anything available? The voice playback needs to be able to be manipulated and not sound crap like the ones built into windows.

Yes ,there is such software . There are voice changer programs but you need to talk through the mike . The software I've used before is called $hitTalker .It is a program that has in built sentences which can be played back in about 12 different voices ,troll ,old woman ,old man ,young boy ,young girl, alien ,deep giant voice and others .At the right of the screen there are 2 boxes that allow you to type in your own sentences to be played back .The idea of this software was to play back the various nonsence sentences when you get a marketing caller on the phone .It is actually quite good and if for instance you would want to fool someone on the phone , this is the software for you .Dont know if it's still available as the software came out a few years ago . I still have it somewhere on disk when I used to download lots of warez programs many ,many years ago .
