try reducing your clocks to stock then see if it resolves the fault

Clocks are stable. Same with temperatures. It just like the power cuts off then it reboots. Or before the it crashes, then I have to manually reboot. You think it's the RAM?

You got one stick or several?
You could try them individually if more than one.
Do you have a different PSU you could try?

I have got a different PSU. It's stopped now. I've got 2 sticks (512mb/each). It came up with an error yesterday, something along the lines of. Machine Check Exception. Could the CPU be dying? I've had it for 2 years now.
