Computer loads then reboots

Hi i accidentely did something, then i got the blue screen of death and now it keeps starting up for 5 seconds then rebooting.

Please help me

We will need more info than that, what did you do?
Have you tried clearing the cmos?

Specs of system, what you did, any recent software hardware changes will help one of the gurus on here get you up and going.

Also lean out of your window and shout 'plec!' very loudly
