We do, Northern Ireland is part of the UK you know

He tested the PSU in another computer and it booted and ran fine so the PSU is not the problem.

Did the same with mine ran in a mates PC but wouldnt work on mine. Not enough juice

westy you didnt read my original post did you?

A PSU issue still seems to be very unlikely to me, works in another computer fine bla bla bla. Well whatever it is he is getting someone over on Monday to have a look at it, will post back with the results.

I think its the motherboard tbh but how it would have happened I have no idea.

not sure how it would happen, but what if he broke it and is not admitting it because of the cost?

I highly doubt that, he knows better, would be pipe bombs on his doorstep within 5 mins
