try clearing the cmos by leaving the mb battery out for 30mins,this will wipe/reset the bios/oc settings so set them up again if you can get into the bios later
power off the pc,turn it off at the wall,hold in front power button to discharge the motherboard,then look for the round battery and pinch together the prongs/tabs and the battery should pop out,leave it 30mins put back in and power up the pc
you need to flip it out,use a tiny screwdriver to lever it out once youve pressed the clips together,id start at cmos clear first then move on to other things to try
