Computer problem it wil turn on but not boot everything Is running

I should also let you guys know that my cmos battery was directly below my gpu

jumper pins are used to clear cmos you touch the two pins but battery removal is best method

i doubt it would be cpu,they rarely die,psu/mb is my guess

The only way is to grab a spare 1155 cpu and test it in the mobo, although not many people just have a sockett 1155 cpu lying around, or put the cpu in a known working mobo and see if it boots

Okay then, grab another 1366 cpu and stick it in the motherboard. If it turns on then it's the cpu. If not it's the mobo

im only guessing myself mind,but to grab a cheap psu or borrow one to test with is easier than rma'ing a motherboard

Fans lights hard drive even the psu led is on but no boot up or peripherals

try leaving pc powered off for a few hours,and unplugged from the wall
