Hey guys need some help,im not that exerienced with computers just changed graphics cards, memory and installed a psu
.
I was playing some wow when it crashed and an error came up saying it could not write to memory or something like that. I restarted my pc and on the start up screen i only had 500 mb ram when i should have had 1gb. I checked they were in securely and fired the pc back up. The pc turned on but the monitor was blank.I thought it might have been something to do with the graphics card.
I put the graphics card into my bros pc and it worked fine, i done the same with the ram and it worked fine. I thought i would try the hard drive because i think i remembered reading somewhere it could prevent the pc from booting up. I took it out of mine and put it into my bros, connected it up the same way his was. When i put his pc on there were several loud beeps, me and my bro joked it was bomb... and then my hard drive exploded lol. So even if my hard drive was not a problem before it is now...
I put my bros harddrive back into his pc the way it was and now when we put it on we hear a long loud beep and then we switch it off incase it blows. How can i fix that problem.
And how about my pc? i am beginning to think it is my motherboard.
