Computer problem

Well the spec is:

E6600
Geil 2gb
fatality matx motherboard
x1950xt 256mb
corsair 520w psu

Had the motherboard replaced yet still the problem is still there.

When i boot my pc up that's all it does, sounds like its loading up/fans spinning but doesn't get further than that.

Tried onboard and the gpu card and still the same problem.

Any help please

had it for a bit, like 4-6 months, isn't ram problem i don't think. Doesn't beep when removed.

everything else has been checked

yeah, tried many of monitors.

doesn't allow me to get to bios. It isn't a new setup, just randomly did this one morning ;(
