I have had my computer for around a year now and its been working perfectly but over the last month my computer has started crashing more and more and its only happening when i am playing games.

It does it at completely random points in whatever game i am playing, This am go from graphics monsters like fallout 3 to basic ones like garrysmod. Everytime it will just freeze up, The only thing that you can do it holding the powerbutton in to make it restart.

Does anyone have any ideas why this is happening or do i have a piece of hardware that is clearly on its last legs?

download prime 95 and run blend that tests mostly the memory and some people consider it better than memtest
