Computer randomly freezing

I recently formatted my hard drive and reinstalled Windows 7 due to a problem I was having. However since doing this my computer will randomly freeze and lock up when I'm browsing the web.

All my drivers are up to date and the event log doesn't show any warnings or errors other than the computer wasn't previously shut down properly when I had to power it off.

I've yet to see a BSOD when it happens. Temps are fine and nothing is overclocked.

Any ideas? This problem wasn't there before I had to reinstall Windows to fix a different problem.

Does it restart or unfreeze after a while?
What disk is your OS on?

I've given it about 20 seconds to resume before I've held the power button down. I'll wait longer the next time it happens.

I only have the one disk which has two partitions.

ssd or hdd? running in ahci mode if ssd?

checked all your sata cables are plugged in tight? and using latest bios even if the issue wasn't there before

install latest intel rapid storage drivers aswell,
